Secure account deletion

Sign in to verify ownership and delete your account.

1. Delete your WAC account

Use the secure control above after signing in. In the mobile app, open the account area and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email cs@muslimai.ai from the email address connected to your account with the subject “WAC account deletion”. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership.

2. Data that is deleted

  • Your Clerk authentication account and WAC account identifier.
  • Account-linked WAC conversation response and usage records.
  • Promo-code redemptions, WAC entitlements, and organization access associated with the account.
  • Account-linked RevenueCat event records held by WAC.

3. Delete conversation data without deleting your account

In the WAC mobile app, open the conversation you want to remove, open Chat options, choose Clear chat, and confirm. All messages in that conversation are permanently deleted while your account remains active.

4. Data that may be retained

We may retain the minimum records required for financial, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute obligations, then delete or de-identify them when no longer required. Apple, Google, Clerk, RevenueCat, and other providers may retain independent records under their own policies and legal duties.

5. Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your WAC account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings before deleting the account. Refunds are handled under the applicable store rules and mandatory law.

1. Hapus akun WAC Anda

Gunakan kontrol aman di atas setelah masuk. Di aplikasi seluler, buka area akun dan pilih Hapus akun. Jika tidak dapat masuk, kirim email ke cs@muslimai.ai dari alamat email yang terhubung ke akun dengan subjek “Penghapusan akun WAC”. Kami dapat meminta informasi terbatas untuk memverifikasi kepemilikan akun.

2. Data yang dihapus

  • Akun autentikasi Clerk dan pengenal akun WAC Anda.
  • Catatan respons percakapan dan penggunaan WAC yang terkait dengan akun.
  • Penukaran kode promo, hak WAC, dan akses organisasi yang terkait dengan akun.
  • Catatan peristiwa RevenueCat terkait akun yang disimpan WAC.

3. Hapus data percakapan tanpa menghapus akun

Di aplikasi seluler WAC, buka percakapan yang ingin dihapus, buka Opsi chat, pilih Hapus chat, lalu konfirmasikan. Semua pesan dalam percakapan tersebut dihapus permanen sementara akun Anda tetap aktif.

4. Data yang mungkin disimpan

Kami dapat menyimpan catatan minimum yang diwajibkan untuk kewajiban keuangan, pajak, hukum, pencegahan penipuan, keamanan, atau sengketa, kemudian menghapus atau menganonimkannya saat tidak lagi diperlukan. Apple, Google, Clerk, RevenueCat, dan penyedia lain dapat menyimpan catatan mandiri berdasarkan kebijakan dan kewajiban hukum mereka.

5. Batalkan langganan secara terpisah

Menghapus akun WAC tidak membatalkan langganan Apple App Store atau Google Play. Batalkan langganan dalam pengaturan langganan Apple ID atau Google Play sebelum menghapus akun. Pengembalian dana mengikuti aturan toko terkait dan hukum wajib.
